My story…

My journey has taken me down both the road less traveled and the road well traveled, exploring the vast array of fascinating paths in between.

One of the most significant turning points in my life was when I attended my first personal development course and seminar in 2015. It ignited a deep curiosity within me, leading me to immerse myself in the captivating world of personal growth. This journey sparked a relentless pursuit of knowledge, wisdom, and the integration of mind-body practices like yoga, which have had a profound impact on my overall well-being.

As a psychology graduate, my journey towards becoming a life coach began with a burning desire to empower individuals on a deeper level. Armed with a solid foundation in human behavior and a passion for helping others, I delved into extensive research and training to bridge the gap between psychology and coaching.

I embarked on a transformative path of self-discovery, honing my skills and expanding my knowledge in areas such as positive psychology, mindfulness, and effective communication. Along the way, I sought mentorship from seasoned coaches, attended specialized workshops, and gained practical experience through volunteering and internships.

With each step, my confidence grew, and I started working with clients who sought guidance in various aspects of their lives. Witnessing their incredible transformations and the impact of coaching on their personal growth reinforced my conviction to pursue this path wholeheartedly.

I continuously invest in my professional development, staying abreast of the latest research and methodologies to provide the most effective and tailored support to my clients. My background not only enriched my understanding of human behavior but also deepened my empathy and compassion.

Today, as a thriving life coach, I blend my academic background in psychology with the transformative tools and techniques of coaching. It is a fulfilling journey of empowering individuals to unlock their true potential, overcome obstacles, and create lives of purpose, fulfillment, and joy.
